This recipe has been tested in the Babycakes Multi Treat baker and it works up just fine! I swabbed the cavities with some coconut oil and a paper towel to ensure the bites did not stick. The original recipe made 12, using the baker I made 14 bites
In a custard cup, melt the ghee in the microwave; allow to cool.
Whisk the egg.
Add all dry ingredients to a medium bowl and stir to remove lumps and combine.
Add the ghee and the egg to the dry ingredients and mix until combined and uniform. If the mixture seems a little thick, add another large egg and mix.
Turn on the Babycakes treat maker and oil the cavities with a paper towel and some coconut oil. When the green light comes on, drop the batter into the cavities, mounding over the top a bit. Close the lid and let the baker cook until the green light comes back on, about 5 minutes
